Privacy and Cookie Policy
What personal data this website collects, which cookies it uses, and the choices you have.
Last updated: 12 October 2026. Applies to group-venluto.com.
The short version: analytics and advertising cookies are off when you arrive and stay off unless you accept them. If you reject them, we do not measure your visit. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of any page.
1. Who we are
This website is run by SOLID CONSULTANTA SPARK SRL, a company registered in Romania, European Union, trading as Venluto Group ("Venluto", "we"). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
Company: SOLID CONSULTANTA SPARK SRL, trading as Venluto Group
CUI / VAT number: RO46824698
Registered address: Strada Prut, nr. 1, Huși, Vaslui, 735100, Romania
Privacy contact: vlad@group-venluto.com
2. What we collect and why
- Usage data, only with your consent. Pages viewed, buttons clicked, video plays, approximate location (country and city, derived from your IP address by Google), device and browser type, and the page or ad that brought you here. We use it to see how the site is used and whether our ads work.
- Campaign information, only with your consent. If you arrive from an ad, the link carries campaign tags (for example
utm_source=linkedin). We keep those tags for your visit so we know which campaign it came from. They describe the ad, not you. - Booking details, when you book a call. The calendar is provided by Cal.com. When you book, you give your name, email address and anything you choose to write in the notes. We use these to hold the call and to follow up about it.
- Emails you send us. If you write to us, we keep the correspondence to reply and to keep a record of it.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider, Vercel, receives your IP address and the page you request in order to deliver the site.
We do not send your name, email address or phone number to Google Analytics or to LinkedIn through this website.
3. Cookies and similar storage
"Cookies" here includes browser local storage, which works the same way for privacy purposes.

Embedded content
Some pages embed services from other companies, which may set their own cookies under their own policies:
- Cal.com, the booking calendar. Uses cookies needed to run the calendar and protect it from abuse. Cal.com privacy policy.
- Wistia, the video on the home page. Nothing is loaded from Wistia until you click play; until then you see a cover image served from this site. When you click play, the player loads from Wistia, which receives your IP address in order to deliver the video. Unless you have accepted analytics cookies it runs in privacy mode: no visitor ID is created, no viewing statistics are sent, and the player's playback quality reports are blocked. If you accept, Wistia records that the video was played and how much of it was watched. Wistia privacy policy.
- Google Fonts, the typefaces. Your browser requests the font files from Google, which receives your IP address. No cookies are set.
Changing your choice
Use the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of any page. If you withdraw consent, the tags stop loading and we delete the analytics and advertising cookies this site set. You can also clear cookies in your browser at any time.
4. Legal bases
- Consent for analytics and advertising cookies and the data collected through them. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Steps taken at your request before a contract for booking and holding a call with you.
- Legitimate interests for answering emails you send us and delivering the site securely.
5. Who receives the data
Using this site involves the following companies. Each one receives only the data described above for its service.
- Vercel: hosts the website.
- Google: Google Fonts, and Google Analytics if you accept analytics cookies.
- LinkedIn: the LinkedIn Insight Tag, if you accept advertising cookies.
- Wistia: hosts and plays the video on the home page.
- Cal.com: runs the booking calendar and receives the details you enter when you book.
Some of these companies are based in the United States or process data there, so data collected through this site can be handled outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. Each provider describes the safeguards it applies to such transfers in its own privacy documentation: Vercel, Google, LinkedIn, Wistia, Cal.com.
6. How long we keep it
- Cookies and browser storage: for the periods shown in section 3, or until you withdraw consent or clear them.
- Analytics and advertising data: held by Google and LinkedIn under the retention settings of those services.
- Booking details and emails: for as long as we need them to hold the call and reply to you. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
7. Your rights
Under the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- correct it or delete it;
- restrict or stop our use of it, including any use based on legitimate interests;
- send it to you or to another provider in a portable format.
You can also withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing does not affect what was done before you withdrew.
