Anti-Spam Policy
Venluto's policy prohibiting the advertising of this website, and of any website or business we work with, through unsolicited bulk or unsolicited commercial messages.
Last updated: 13 August 2026. Applies to Venluto Group and every employee, contractor, partner, affiliate, and client of Venluto Group.
The policy, stated plainly: Venluto prohibits the advertising or promotion of group-venluto.com, of any Venluto brand, service, or landing page, and of any client website we send on behalf of, by means of unsolicited bulk email, unsolicited commercial email, or any other form of unsolicited messaging. Sending such messages is a direct violation of this policy. We do not send them, we do not permit others to send them on our behalf, and we do not accept or retain clients who do.
1. What we consider spam
We treat a message as spam when it is both unsolicited and bulk, and we also treat as spam any message that misrepresents its sender or its purpose. Specifically, the following are prohibited:
- Sending commercial messages to recipients who have not been individually researched, selected, and identified as having a plausible business reason to receive the message.
- Sending to purchased, rented, scraped, harvested, appended, or otherwise indiscriminately acquired address lists.
- Sending to addresses collected by dictionary attacks, address guessing, or automated harvesting of websites, directories, forums, or social platforms.
- Sending to any role or system address (for example abuse@, postmaster@, noc@, security@) for marketing purposes.
- Sending to any recipient who has asked not to be contacted, or to any address on a suppression, unsubscribe, complaint, or bounce list.
- Forging, falsifying, or obscuring header information, sender identity, return path, domain ownership, or the origin of a message.
- Using deceptive subject lines, false claims, or misleading previews.
- Relaying mail through open relays, open proxies, compromised machines, hijacked IP space, or hijacked domains.
- Using snowshoe tactics, disposable throwaway domains, or infrastructure churn intended to evade filtering or reputation systems.
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages on any other channel, including SMS, instant messaging, social platform direct messages, contact forms, and voice broadcast.
2. How we actually send
Venluto is a business to business outbound agency. Our work is one to one business correspondence sent in low volume to a small number of individually selected people. It is not bulk marketing, and it is not permitted to become bulk marketing.
- Every recipient is individually selected. Lists are built from a defined ideal customer profile and each company and contact is reviewed for a genuine, specific business fit before any message is sent.
- Business addresses only. We contact people in their professional capacity at their business address about their business. We do not knowingly contact consumer or personal addresses.
- Real identity, real address. Every message identifies the sender by name, identifies the company on whose behalf it is sent, and includes a valid physical postal address and a working reply address that reaches a monitored human inbox.
- Clear opt out in every message. Every message tells the recipient how to stop receiving messages. A reply of "no", "stop", "unsubscribe", or any similar request is honoured.
- Opt outs are honoured within 24 hours and in all cases well inside the 10 business days required by the US CAN-SPAM Act. Suppression is permanent and is applied across every campaign, every sending domain, and every client account we operate.
- Suppression lists are never deleted or reset, including when a client relationship ends.
- Authenticated infrastructure. All sending domains publish SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records, and are owned and operated by us or by the client we send for.
- Complaints, bounces, and spam traps are monitored and sending is paused and investigated when rates rise above our internal thresholds.
- Personal data is handled lawfully. Where GDPR, UK GDPR, PECR, CASL, or comparable law applies, we rely on a legitimate interest basis for business to business correspondence, honour access, objection, and erasure requests, and stop contacting anyone who objects.
3. Obligations on our clients, partners, and affiliates
This policy is a condition of doing business with Venluto. No client, partner, affiliate, contractor, reseller, or third party may:
- Advertise, reference, or link to group-venluto.com, or to any Venluto brand or landing page, in an unsolicited bulk or unsolicited commercial message.
- Use any list, template, script, or asset we provide to send unsolicited bulk messages.
- Ask us to send to a list they cannot account for the origin of, or to a list acquired by purchase, scraping, or appending.
- Ask us to continue contacting a recipient who has opted out.
We audit the lists we are given. Where a list cannot be accounted for, it is not used.
4. Enforcement
Violations of this policy are enforced without exception.
- Any employee or contractor who violates this policy is removed from all sending systems immediately and is subject to termination.
- Any client, partner, or affiliate who violates this policy has all sending paused immediately. Confirmed violations result in termination of the engagement without refund.
- Any sending domain or inbox involved in a violation is suspended and retired.
- Every abuse report we receive is investigated and answered by a human.
5. Reporting a violation or requesting removal
If you believe you received a message from Venluto, from a Venluto sending domain, or from a client we send on behalf of, that violates this policy, tell us and we will act on it.
Abuse reports and complaints: vlad@group-venluto.com
Removal and opt out requests: vlad@group-venluto.com
Privacy and data requests: vlad@group-venluto.com

6. Changes to this policy
Venluto may update this policy. The current version is always published at https://group-venluto.com/anti-spam-policy and the date at the top of this page reflects the last revision.
